Scope
This policy explains how Razea handles information while you keep a private local ledger of people, gifts, occasions, and reminders on an Apple device.
Information You Choose to Enter
You may enter names, relationship details, notes, gift ideas and records, occasion titles and dates, preferences, reminder choices, amounts, currency preferences, and custom labels. These entries can relate to other people, so only record information you are entitled to keep and use.
How Ledger Information Is Used
Razea uses your entries to organize people, gifts, occasions, calendar summaries, and reminder schedules. It uses preferences such as appearance, currency, and reminder timing to present the app in the way you select. It does not use your ledger for behavioral advertising.
Local Device Storage
People, gifts, and occasion records are stored in an on-device database. Reminder, holiday, display, and currency preferences are also retained locally. These records are intended to stay on the device until you edit, delete, or reset them, or remove the app and its data. Device backups are controlled by device and platform settings.
Notifications
If you enable a gift or occasion reminder, Razea requests notification permission through the system prompt and schedules a local notification. Notification text can include an occasion title or a linked person’s name. You can disable reminders in the app or change notification permission in device settings.
How Information Is Shared
Razea does not operate a remote service for your ledger records and does not disclose them to advertising partners. Apple may process limited device or app-distribution information under its own policies when you obtain or use the app through its platform.
Security
We design Razea so its working records stay on the device. No device storage method is completely risk-free; use the screen lock and other security controls available to you, especially because your entries may concern people you know.
Your Choices
You can edit or delete people, gifts, occasions, and notes within Razea. You can turn individual or holiday reminders on or off and use available reset and deletion controls. Removing the app may remove local records, subject to device backup behavior.
Children
Razea is not directed to children, and it is not designed for collecting information from children.

We may revise this policy when Razea changes. The date above shows when it was last updated.
